Defected Most Rated Producer Competition

The original and best producer competition returns for 2011.

This year we're joining forces with leading music community platform 'Soundcloud' to give you the chance to get your track released on Defected's prestigious Most Rated Miami 11 compilation. The winner of this year's competition will also receive £500 in Defected Virtual credit to spend on the Defected Store and given a year's premium Soundcloud account subscription worth €500, five runner-ups will also win a year Soundcloud Lite account and €29 Virtual credit to spend at Defected.com

If you would like to submit your track to the Defected Most Rated group for attention of Defected A&R follow these easy steps.

1. Existing Soundcloud members, you can simply submit your track via the 'drop box' on this page or join Defected Records Producer Competition group and drop your track into the group. Non soundcloud members you can also submit your track via the 'drop box'
2. Once your track has been dropped into the group anyone can listen and vote for your track using the Facebook Like button or favouriting it.
3. Ten tracks will be submitted to the final stage.
4. One track will be selected from the final top ten by Defected A&R. This will be released on the Most Rated Miami 2011 compilation.
